Be honest: in the past 9 months, have you been angry with yourself? Disappointed? Frustrated? Impatient?
We have put an unreasonable amount of pressure on ourselves to be strong – but how long can you keep it up? Inspirational memes and emojis can only take you so far.
IWNG member and partner Heleniq Argyrou wants to teach our group very specific strategies to help ourselves overcome the challenges and discover new levels of resilience and inspiration.
This month we’re focusing on Sacred Space and Morning Routines.

Expect a heartful and soul soothing experience of gentle support and guidance with a highly experienced and professional host of women’s circles of change and development. We will elevate to a new level of self love together.

About Heleniq: Heleniq Argyrou (M.A.) is an expert in inspiring and actualizing human potential, an innovative clinical psychologist, sound and drum therapist, corporate and group organizational trainer and facilitator.

Heleniq is a ‘flow’ state expert having explored the neuroscientific bounds of peak performance. As a drummer reaching peak states, she was initially self trained and later trained by world renowned percussionists Layne Redmond, Rowan Storm and Master Zohar Fresco, on frame and tambourine and in djembe Arthur Hull team-building drum circle methods
